- Replaced the manual rollout of sudoers configuration across the estate with an Ansible-based process; currently extending the same approach to SSH access and Active Directory group management.

- Part of the team that migrated a four-figure RHEL 7 estate to RHEL 8, roughly half of it by in-place upgrade using Leapp and the remainder by reinstallation.
- Acted as technical advisor to internal business units throughout the programme: assessed whether in-place upgrade or reinstallation fit each application, walked service owners through safe shutdown procedures and backup/rollback strategy, and identified which RHEL 8 breaking changes affected their specific workloads.
- Planned and executed upgrades within agreed maintenance windows, coordinating directly with the affected departments.
- Ansible-based automation for RHEL provisioning and configuration management.
- Software packaging and lifecycle management via Red Hat Satellite and
fpm; author or maintainer of roughly half the team's internal package catalogue.

- Built the GitLab CI/CD pipeline for a large German online retailer and contributed a substantial share of the Ansible provisioning behind it, alongside CDN integration, HAProxy failover and a MariaDB Galera cluster.
- Introduced FreeIPA (upstream of Red Hat Identity Management) to centralise SSH access control for administrators and developers, replacing per-host key distribution.
